At the start of his career, Artem worked as a project manager. After joining ScienceSoft in 2019, he shifted the focus of his activities to Salesforce consulting. Artem holds a Salesforce certificate as proof of his knowledge of Salesforce technology and ability to configure CRM efficiently in response to business and user needs.
During his work as Salesforce Consultant at ScienceSoft, Artem investigated customers’ business processes to spot optimization opportunities and spur customers’ business efficiency with optimally designed and customized Salesforce solutions. Based on the analysis, he offered default and custom Salesforce functionality to improve lead generation, speed up sales cycles, improve CSAT score, and solve other business issues. Artem successfully applied his Salesforce consulting skills to a range of ScienceSoft’s Salesforce projects, like the development of an application for Salesforce-website integration.
